If you messaged a business using Doim, ask that business to delete or anonymize your customer record. The business can verify your identity and invoke its tenant-scoped privacy workflow.
Requests initiated through Meta are signed by Meta and return a private confirmation code. Keep that code to view processing status. Do not send access tokens, passwords, or message content through an unverified support channel.
